Account Deletion: What Are Your Options?
We're not able to fully delete accounts due to legal and regulatory data retention requirements. That said, you do have a couple of ways to step back or stop playing:
• Self-Exclusion:
This lets you block access to your account indefinitely, without deleting your data. It's the option we recommend if you want to stop playing while staying compliant with regulations. You can set this up under Profile > Account > Preferences.
• Permanent Account Disable:
This permanently disables your account. All progress will be lost, and the account cannot be reactivated once this is done.

Registered Email & Username Policy:
Once you sign up on Jacksclub.io with an email address and username, these details are permanently locked to your account. Neither can be changed afterward. This policy is in place to keep your account secure and prevent unauthorized changes or identity mix-ups.

What Is a Wager Requirement?
At Jacksclub.io, every deposit needs to be wagered before you can withdraw funds or tip another player. For example, if you deposit and claim a bonus, you'll need to wager your withdrawable amount 1x before you can make a withdrawal. This keeps things fair and prevents misuse of deposited funds.
