Order status and tracking

Each purchase on Jamble has a status that shows which step your order is at, from payment to delivery. The status updates automatically.

What you will learn

  • Where to see your orders

  • What each status means

  • How to track the delivery

  • What to do if something is not right

Where to see your orders

  1. Open your profile.

  2. Tap Minhas compras (My purchases). You also find this option in Ajustes (Settings).

  3. Tap the order to see the details, the shipping address and the tracking.

In the list, you can filter your orders by step, such as Aguardando o vendedor (Awaiting the seller, for Loja purchases the seller has not confirmed yet), Aguardando Envio (Awaiting shipment), Em Entrega (In delivery) or Concluído (Completed).

What each status means

  • Aguardando Confirmação do Vendedor (Awaiting seller confirmation): shows for Loja (shop) purchases. The seller still has to confirm that the product is available. If they do not confirm in time, the purchase is canceled and you are refunded automatically

  • Confirmado (Confirmed) or Aguardando Envio (Awaiting shipment): the purchase is confirmed and the seller is preparing the shipment. For purchases made in lives, the seller confirms the sales after the live ends. If they do not confirm in time, you get a refund

  • Em Entrega (In delivery): the seller dropped off the package. You can now follow the tracking in the order

  • Entregue (Delivered): the package was delivered. Check the product and tap Confirmar Pedido (Confirm order)

  • Concluído (Completed): the order is finished

  • Cancelado (Canceled): the purchase was canceled. When there is money to give back, the refund goes to the same payment method

  • Sob Investigação (Under investigation): you or the seller contacted support about a problem, and our team is looking into it

  • Devolução em Andamento (Return in progress): the package is going back to the seller

Shipping deadline

The shipping deadline is usually about 10 days after the sale is confirmed. In exceptional situations, such as a Correios strike, it can be extended to up to 20 days. The exact deadline always shows in the order, under Prazo de envio (Shipping deadline).

If the seller does not ship within the deadline, the purchase is canceled automatically a few days later and you get a refund.

Tracking the delivery

When the order is Em Entrega (In delivery), open it in Minhas compras (My purchases) to see the tracking code and the carrier's updates.

  • Tracking updates can take some time to show

  • The delivery estimate comes from the carrier and can change

  • If tracking does not update for a long time, contact support

When the package arrives

  • If tracking does not show the delivery yet, you can tell us you received it: in the order, tap Recebido? (Received?) and then Pacote recebido (Package received)

  • Check the product and confirm the order. If you do not confirm it, the order is completed automatically a few days after delivery. The deadline shows in the app

  • If there is a problem with the product, contact support as soon as possible, ideally before you confirm the order

Key tips

  • Check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake afterwards, contact the seller and support as soon as possible

  • To report a problem, go to Ajustes (Settings) > Contate o suporte (Contact support) > Ajuda com pedidos (Help with orders) and pick the order

Frequently asked questions

My order shows as Delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do? Contact support as soon as possible. Our team checks the delivery with you.

Why is my order still Awaiting shipment? The seller is within the shipping deadline, which shows in the order. If the deadline passes without shipment, the purchase is canceled and you are refunded automatically.

Can I cancel my order? See Cancellations.
