A few key points
This summary helps you understand a few points, but it does not replace the full documents. If in doubt, the Terms of Use always apply.
Minimum age: Jamble is only for people aged 18 or over
One account per person: each user can have only one active account
Everything inside the app: purchases, sales and payments must happen inside Jamble
Offers are commitments: every offer you send is a firm proposal to buy at the amount shown
Items opened live: if you allow an item to be opened during the live, once it is opened it cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. The guarantees provided by law still apply. If you prefer not to open it, the item is shipped sealed
Right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Contact the seller through the in-app chat or contact support to request it
Community rules: anyone who does not follow the Terms of Use may have their account restricted, suspended or closed. If you disagree with a measure, contact support
