Abuse and sanctions

Jamble takes action against abusive behavior to protect buyers, sellers and the community. These measures apply to both buyers and sellers.

What you'll learn

  • Examples of behavior considered abusive

  • Which measures Jamble may apply

  • What to do if you disagree with a measure

Examples of abuse

  • Repeatedly winning sales in lives and not paying

  • Repeatedly refusing to accept deliveries without a reason

  • Sellers who frequently cancel sales

  • Manipulating offers or the flow of a live, for example with fake or coordinated accounts

  • Trying to move purchases, payments or contacts outside Jamble

  • Harassment, threats, insults or inappropriate content

  • False or bad faith refund requests

  • Sending repeated messages to support without a real request, or false reports

Possible measures

Depending on how serious and how frequent it is, Jamble may apply:

  • Removal of messages or content

  • Being blocked from a live

  • A temporary pause on purchases, with the Compras pausadas (purchases paused) message and the date when you can buy again

  • Temporary restriction of account features

  • Suspension of access to lives

  • Account suspension or closure

Measures may be applied without prior notice when needed to protect the community. You may be informed in the app, by notification or through other channels.

If you disagree with a measure
