Choose Quantities When Listing Products

How to say how many identical units you have in a listing, how to sell several units together as a Lote (Bundle), how quantity works in lives and in the Loja (Shop), and why pre-offers only appear when the quantity is 1.

Quantity and Bundle: what is the difference?
Quantidade (Quantity) is how many identical units you have for sale in that listing. Instead of creating 10 listings for 10 identical boosters, you create one listing with quantity 10. Each purchase takes one unit (or more, when the buyer can choose)
Lote (Bundle) is when several identical units are sold together, as a single item. For example, "bundle of 3 boosters": whoever buys gets the 3 units at once, for the bundle price
You can use both together. For example, quantity 5 of a bundle of 3 boosters means you have 5 bundles for sale.
Set the quantity
When you create or edit a product, in the app or in the Seller Hub, look for the Quantidade field. The value starts at 1.
Tap + to increase, − to decrease, or type the number. The minimum quantity is 1. There is a maximum per listing: when you reach it, the + button is disabled. Save the product to confirm.
Sell as a Bundle
Right below the quantity is the Lote option, with the description "Várias unidades idênticas vendidas como um único anúncio" (Several identical units sold as one listing).
Turn on Lote
The Unidades do lote (Bundle units) field appears. It starts at 2
Set how many units go in each bundle
Set the price for the whole bundle
Shipping is calculated with all the units in the bundle, so the buyer pays the right shipping for the package.
Pre-offers and quantity
Pre-offers let buyers make offers before the live starts. The Ativar pré-ofertas (Enable pre-offers) option only appears when:
The product is in a live
The sale type is Ofertas em Tempo Real (Real-time offers) or Morte Súbita (Sudden death)
The quantity is 1
If you raise the quantity above 1, the Ativar pré-ofertas option disappears from the form. Set the quantity back to 1 to make it appear again.
How quantity works in lives
When you pin a product with several units, buyers see how many are left, for example "3 restantes" (3 left). The behavior depends on the sale type:
Comprar Agora (Buy now)
Each buyer taps to buy at the fixed price
At checkout, the buyer can choose more than one unit, up to the limit shown in the app
The count of remaining units drops with each purchase
Real-time offers and Sudden death
Each sale is for one unit, and the winner takes that unit
After each sale, the count of remaining units is updated, and you can start the sale for the next unit
When the last unit is sold, the product is sold out.
How quantity works in the Loja
In the Loja, buyers can choose how many units they want in the cart, up to the limit shown in the app and until your stock runs out. Each purchase reduces the available quantity.
Important tips
Use quantity only for identical items. All units share the same title, photos, description, condition and price. If the items are different, create separate listings
Use a Bundle to sell items together. If you want the buyer to take several units at once, turn on Lote instead of only raising the quantity
Keep your stock right. If you have more or fewer units, edit the quantity before the next sale
Tell your live when stock is running low. This creates urgency
Frequently asked questions
What is the maximum quantity I can set? There is a limit per listing. When you reach it, the + button is disabled.
Can I change the quantity after creating the listing? Yes. Edit the product, change the number and save, while there are still units available.
Can a buyer buy more than one unit at once? Yes, with Comprar Agora in lives and in the Loja, up to the limit shown in the app. With Ofertas em Tempo Real and Morte Súbita, each sale is for one unit.
Why do I not see the pre-offers option? It only appears for live products in Ofertas em Tempo Real or Morte Súbita with quantity 1.
Does quantity change the price? No. Each unit is sold at the listing price. In a Lote, the price is for the whole bundle.
What happens when stock runs out? The product is automatically marked as sold out. In a live, you can move on to the next product.
