This guide explains how buyers find lives, products and sellers on Jamble, and what you can do so your lives and listings are found more easily.
Where buyers find you
The bottom bar of the app has five tabs: the lives tab (Ao vivo (Live) on iPhone, Live on Android), Loja (Shop), Atividade (Activity), Ganhos (Rewards) and Perfil (Profile).
Buyers discover sellers mainly in three places:
The lives tab, with lives happening now and lives coming up
The Loja (Shop) tab, with fixed-price listings
Search, for people who already know what they want
The lives tab
At the top of the lives tab there are a few sections to browse. The first one is Para Você (For You), with lives picked based on what each person usually watches and buys. When lives are happening, an Ao Vivo (Live) section also appears. The other sections are categories, which can change depending on the lives of the moment.
That's why two buyers can see different lives on the same screen. This is normal: the content is personalized for each person.
The Loja tab
The Loja (Shop) tab shows fixed-price listings, which can be bought at any time without waiting for a live. The listings you create in the Loja appear in this tab and also in product search results.
How search works
The search field is at the top of the lives tab. When searching, the buyer picks one of three tabs:
Lives: finds lives by title
Produtos (Products): finds products, including Loja listings
Membros (Members): finds sellers and other users by name
In the Produtos (Products) tab, results can be refined with the available filters.
Saved searches
In the Produtos (Products) tab of search, buyers can save a search to come back to it later with one tap, without typing everything again. Saved searches appear on the search screen, in the saved searches list.
Saving a search is useful for anyone who always looks for a brand, a collection or a type of product.
Followers and notifications
When a buyer follows you, they can get a notification when you go live or schedule a live, if the Lives de quem eu sigo (Shows from people I follow) notification is on. Buyers can also save a scheduled live to get a reminder when it starts.
The more followers you have, the more people hear about your lives.
How to be found more easily
Take care of your cover. Use a sharp, well-lit image that shows what you will sell
Write a clear title. Say what the live will have, such as the collection, brand or type of product. This helps people searching for lives
Pick the right category. This way your live shows up for people browsing that category
Go live regularly. A fixed schedule helps your followers build the habit of watching
Schedule your lives in advance. This way buyers can save the live and get a reminder
Share your lives. Use the Compartilhar (Share) button to post the link on your social media and send it to your contacts
List in the Loja. Your listings stay visible all the time, even when you are not live
Frequently asked questions
Why do the sections of the lives tab change? Category sections depend on the lives available at the moment. The Ao Vivo (Live) section appears when lives are happening.
Is the content the same for everyone? No. The Para Você (For You) section is personalized based on each person's activity in the app. That's why two buyers can see different lives.
Do my Loja listings appear in search? Yes. They appear in the Loja (Shop) tab and in the results of the Produtos (Products) search tab.
How does a buyer find my profile? Through the Membros (Members) search tab, by your username, or by tapping your name in a live or on a listing.
How do I go back to a search I saved? Open search. Your saved searches appear on the search screen, in the Produtos (Products) tab.
