How to invite friends to shop on Jamble, what you both get and when a referral counts.
How it works
You share your invite link or code with a friend who does not use Jamble yet.
Your friend creates an account and uses your code.
Your friend gets a shipping coupon for their first purchases.
When your friend makes purchases within the deadline, you get a reward too.
The amounts and conditions always show on the app's referral screen, under Indicar compradores (refer buyers). They can change during special events, such as double dates.
Step by step
Step 1: Open referrals
In the app, open the referral area and choose Indicar compradores. On a computer, open Indicações in the Seller Hub and choose Indicar Comprador.
Step 2: Share your link
Send the link or code through WhatsApp, Instagram or any other app.
Step 3: Your friend uses the code
Your friend needs to use the code soon after creating their account, within the time shown in the app. If the link does not apply the code on its own, they can tap Tenho um código de convite (I have an invite code) and type it in.
Step 4: The referral is completed
The referral counts when your friend makes their first purchases within the deadline. You follow everything under Suas Indicações (your referrals).
Shipping coupons
Your friend's coupon gives a discount on the shipping of their purchases
Coupons have an expiration date, shown on the Cupons screen
Important rules
Only for people who do not have a Jamble account yet
The code must be used by your friend, on their own device. Codes used on your device do not count
Fake referrals are cancelled, such as accounts created only to get the reward
Frequently asked questions
How much do my friend and I get? The amounts and conditions show on the app's referral screen, under Indicar compradores.
How long does my friend have to use the code? Soon after creating their account, within the time shown in the app.
My friend already had the app installed. Does the link work? If the code is not applied on its own, your friend can tap Tenho um código de convite and type the code.
Where do I follow my referrals? Under Suas Indicações: pending, completed and expired.
