Connect Your Domain to JamFeed

Do you own your own domain? If so, follow the easy steps below to connect your domain to our servers to publish your new website!

You can connect any domain you own to a JamFeed site by pointing the domain to JamFeed's servers using our DNS records.

In all instances, you MUST DELETE all existing CNAME records or else your website will not load.

We have included a list of different services we have integrated with before. If you don't see your domain registrar, please request a new domain provider and we will get to it as soon as possible.

Domain Registrars

Godaddy

Step 1: Login to the platform where you purchased your domain (ex: Godaddy.com)

Step 2: Click the Menu Icon at the top and select "Domains"

Step 3: On the domains page, click the DNS dropdown and select "Manage Zones"

Step 4: Find your artist / band domain by typing it in the search box and selecting it.

Step 4: Scroll down to the "Records" section and click "Add" on the bottom right.

Step 5: Select to add a new CNAME record.

Step 6: Add in the JamFeed credentials into the "Host" and "Points to" sections.

  • Ex Host: _f1f25e1ba1eddad3a8a35a97cfd521a4

  • Ex Points to: _9765b7725f25db1d1175deddb932958e.zzxlnyslwt.acm-validations.aws

Step 7: Click "Save" to add your new JamFeed CNAME record.

Step 8: Wait for JamFeed to confirm part 1 was done correctly, and then complete part 2 below.
