Getting Assistance from your Account team at Jamf

Your Account team can help with billing issues, renewals, new product or service inquiries, and general Jamf assistance. Some examples include:

  • There is a discrepancy in the products/licenses showing for your organization in Jamf Account.

  • You are interested in adding to your Jamf subscriptions (adding additional products or license types) or would like to work with Jamf Professional Services.

  • You need to update your billing information.

Contacting Your Account Team

You can find your Account team's contact information in Jamf Account following the steps below:

  1. Log into Jamf Account.

  2. Click the Resource Center button in the lower-left corner.

  3. Select Contact Account Team.

  4. The page with your Account team members and their contact information will open in a new tab.
