Binding Features

Once your BC and Cwallet accounts are connected, you can:

  1. Log in to BC directly using your Cwallet account

  2. Register a new Cwallet account with one click via BC

Binding Rules & Restrictions

  • The email addresses of BC and Cwallet accounts do not need to match

  • Binding is identified based on your BC UID

  • Each BC account can bind only one (1) Cwallet account

  • Self Unbinding or changing the linked Cwallet account is currently supported as shown below after connection.

Reward Mechanism

Users must be ≥2 VIP Level to be eligible for the following limited-time rewards:

  3. Campaign End Condition

Reward Distribution Format

  • All rewards are issued in BC Coin to the user’s BC account

  • Reward values are configured in USDT, then converted to BC Coin based on the exchange rate

  • Rewards are Real Money, with no wagering requirement

  • Rewards validity: 180 days from issuance

  • Rewards must be manually claimed via "🎁" icon located at the top of the website/APP header

Connect Bonus Rules

  • For VIP Levels 2–7:

    • 50% of the bonus will be sent directly to Cwallet

    • The remaining 50% remains in the BC account

  • High-value users who bind successfully will receive an exclusive virtual Cwallet cozy credit card

    • This can be further requested for a physical card via Cwallet

    • If you already owns a card previously, an additional new card will be issued.

5. Why can’t I see the binding option or reward card in the Bonus Dashboard?

The Cwallet binding feature and related rewards are only available in supported regions. Due to regional restrictions and regulatory requirements, you may not be eligible to access this feature or participate in the campaign.

6. Where can I check and claim my reward?

Your total rewards will be displayed in the top banner of the Bonus Dashboard. Rewards can only be claimed via the 🎁 icon located in the header of the website / APP.

7. I was unable to proceed with my withdrawal from Cwallet. What should I do?
