One of the key benefits of Practi is keeping your orders all in one place. To do this, you need to set up your online menus in the Back Office.

  1. In the Back Office, navigate to the "Menus" part of the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Select the blue "Add New +" button.

  3. In the pop-up menu, choose "Online menu."

  4. Choose which days and during which times you'd like customers to be able to order from this menu, and give it a name.

5. Choose how your online menu is organised by entering the different sections. Then for each section, choose which products are included. You can drag and drop these into any order you like.

6. Then for each section, choose which products are included. Select them from the drop down menu.

7. You can edit individual products from each section, including information about allergens. This is where you can also add a description, change the image or the price.

Bear in mind that you cannot alter the price for products on your Just Eat menu, as that would be breaking your Price Promise (your contractual obligation to keep prices for your food on Just Eat the same as they would be in your restaurant).

8. Once you're happy with your menu, click "Save." Your menu is now ready to be integrated!
