I placed an order but havenʼt received an order confirmation.

In case you were not sent an order confirmation please check your spam folder.

If you can find an order confirmation there, it is most likely because there is a typo in your email address.

You can get your order reference in your payment history on your payment history of your bank account.

Please provide the customer support with that number and they can then change the email address connected to your order.

If the order number can be located in the payment history, please reach out to our customer service so we can be sure your order went through properly.
