How do I make an exchange?

Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size, color or a different product at the same price. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you have exchanged a product, we will not charge additional shipping costs for the new product. When exchanging item(s) from your order please follow the steps below. Please note that once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, modifications cannot be made. The only option to alter your purchase is through our exchange process.

Modifications to orders are not possible after they have been processed or prepared for shipment. This streamlined approach ensures faster delivery times and logistical efficiency. If a size or item change is needed, please follow the exchange process detailed below.

  1. Register your exchange here to receive your return label. Select the size or color you would like to exchange to. Use your six-digit order number and the email address provided at the time of purchase to complete the registration process.

2. Place the items, as well as your order receipts, in the original package. If the original outer package is not available a similar sized package must be used.

3. Attach the return label on top of the original shipping label.

4. If you live outside of the EU, you must print and fill out a commercial invoice sent prefilled to your email after registering a return.

5. Place the commercial invoice inside the box as well as a copy on the outside of the box.

6. Sweden: Drop the parcel at your closest PostNord access point.

Rest of the world: Drop the parcel at your closest UPS access point with the shipping label and commercial invoice visible.

  1. The exchanged product(s) will be sent as soon as the original item(s) have been handed over to the carrier using the provided return lavel. All exchanges are based on stock availability. In case the desired item or size is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned product instead.

All items returned must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as when received. The items must have all tags, including original packaging materials. This ensures that returned items can be resold as new

Can I modify my Jeanerica order or size after it’s processed or shipped?

Post-Processing Modifications

At Jeanerica, order modifications such as size changes are not possible once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment. This approach allows us to deliver orders promptly and efficiently. However, you can easily exchange the product after its delivery using our streamlined exchange process outlined above.
