By integrating your email account with Jenesys, you no longer need to manually upload invoices and receipts on the Jenesys app. Jack AI will auto-fetch invoices and receipts from your inbox and upload it directly to Jenesys for approval and reconciliation.
All your financial documents will be neatly organised within our platform, making it easy to access and review them whenever you need to. With our advanced extraction technology, you can trust that your financial data will be accurately captured and ready for reconciliation.
1. Click the 'Integrate' button on the dashboard.
2. Select the 'Connect' button within the Gmail or Microsoft option. For this Guide we selected the Gmail option
3. Select your preferred email address.
4. Click the 'Continue' button
5. Click the 'Allow' button. You would be directed back into Jenesys app
6. You will be prompted with if you want to fetch previous emails, For this Guide we selected the 'No' Button
7.) Gmail has been successfully Integrated. Click 'okay' Button and you will be redirected back to the Settings Page.
