To use Budgets, First you have to activate it, By default it is disabled
After you Sign In, Click the 'Settings' Button, Scroll down to 'Create and Manage Budgets ' then Click on the toggle to Enable Budget.
2. You have successfully Enabled Budgets and Approvals. You will notice that the Budgets and Approval Buttons on the sidebar are now clickable
