After following Step 1 - Upload Document, the next step is to review extracted data and reconcile.
1. Select the file you want to reconcile.
2. Confirm the data (Total Amount, Quality and Unit price) from the document uploaded is the same as the data extracted on the right.
3. Confirm the correct 'Account code' is selected for each line item.
4. Confirm the correct 'VAT%' is selected for each line item.
5. For invoices Select the correct 'Payment Due Date'.
5. Click the 'Save' Button. Incase you want to make changes later.
6. Click the 'Confirm & Sync' to synchronisation the data to your accounting system.
Once a sync is done it cannot be reversed.
Congratulations you have reconciled an invoice. The document status will change to 'Synced'
Login to connected accounting software (Xero or Sage) to confirm the right information has correctly synchronised.
