It's simple to use Jack's search and filter feature to find individual or sets of transactions/documents that you want to work on.

Jack allows for searching based on 3 different categories:

  • Supplier Name

  • Invoice Value for Total

  • Date of Invoice

Supplier Name

Enter any characters, or the entire name, of the supplier and Jack will look up any transactions that contain the characters or name from the relevant suppliers.

Then click search, or hit enter (on your keyboard), when you are finished typing for the results to appear.

Invoice Value

You can search for a transaction based on the total value of the document by entering in the whole or part of the amount.

Then click search, or hit enter (on your keyboard), when you are finished typing for the results to appear.

Date of Invoice

You can search for a transaction based on the date range or just the starting period of the document by entering the required dates.

You don't always need to enter an 'Invoice to date', if you just need to search for all transactions from one particular date in the past up to today then leave the 'To invoice date' blank.

Select the date range and click Search or just click enter (on your keyboard) when you are finished selecting for the results to appear.

You can clear the search at anytime, by clicking Reset or just removing the inputs and clicking enter on your keyboard.

Coming Soon! Jack's still working on allowing users to sort transactions in different orders.
