Editing an already published transaction and resending the updated transaction details to the Accounting Platform is easy in Jack.
After Publishing a transaction to the Accounting Platform, you will see the transaction move to a Published Status and all the details will be greyed out and unavailable for editing.
In order to make any edits and republish, follow these simple steps:
Click the Edit button
Confirm the restrictions for Editing
The Publish button will change to Republish
Make changes to the transaction details as you need to
Click Republish
The transaction will update and publish the new details to the Accounting Platform and the Edit button will become available again for any future edits.
