Where is Jack data hosted?
All Jack data is hosted on AWS servers based in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
What security standards are in place?
Data is also stored securely in our secured table postgres database and custom vector database hosted and managed through AWS cloud. Model weights also stored and managed on AWS. All server and cluster setup are managed through AWS VPC with extra security policies in place to keep everything extra secure.
Will Jack use data from all my clients to help it learn?
No, Jack is multi-tenanted, which essentially means that each client has their very own Jack so does not rely on information from one client to the other. At Jack's core are all the relevant country accounting standards, VAT and customs rules which are used to take positions on the correct accounting and VAT code per expense line. However no individual client information is shared nor used to build Jack's learning model.
Is Jack SOC2 compliant?
Yes Jack is SOC2 complaint and is in the process of updating our commercial website with the accreditation logos.
