No, Jack only includes successfully extracted documents in the billing time.

Yes, you will be able to see the amount of time Jack has taken to work and number of documents and the total costs per client.
How often will I get billed?
You will be billed monthly in arrears.
What is Jack's charge per hour?
Jack charges £21.60 p/h or part there of depending how much time Jack takes for the billing period each month. If Jack only spends 20min working, then the charge would be £7.20. Jack only charges for time spent extracting.
How many documents does Jack extract in an hour?
Jack promises to extract at least 80 - 120 invoices an hour. As Jack learns and sees more invoices month by month this number will increase.
What service does Jack provide for the hourly charge?
Jack charges for the time taken to extract documents when uploaded or forwarded. Jack does not charge for any other task performed by the user. There is no limit of the number of documents that Jack can extract, or the number of users or clients Jack can work on. The charge is for the time spent on extraction only.
