Accounting Practice Dashboard

Viewing this Dashboard, for the Accounting Practice, shows 4 major tiles:

  • Timer Overview

  • Ready to Validate

  • Failed

  • Tasks *Coming Soon*

Timer Overview:

The Timer is where the total number of invoices and cost of processing are shown for all clients within the selected billable period.

The billable period can be changed by clicking the dropdown and selecting the month range desired.

Jack's default period is always the current month.

The 'Go to Timer Details' button can also be clicked to see individual client details.

Ready to Validate:

This is a list, client by client, of the number of transactions that are ready to be reviewed after Jack has done extracting and has taken a position on the Account Code and VAT Treatment.

Clicking 'View' next to the client leads directly to that particular client's transaction page.

Failed:

This is a list, client by client, of the number of transactions that have failed to extract.

Clicking 'View' next to the client leads directly to that particular client's transaction page where the document and reason for failure will be explained, as well as suggested next steps.
