Welcome to Jack and the Jenesys WebApp! Let’s get you set up.
First thing you should know is that as part of an Accounting Practice, you cannot self onboard yet.
You have to be invited to have a Jenesys account. If you have decided to become a Jenesys client and have not been invited to set up an account yet, please email support@jenesys.co to set you up. Or speak with the Jenesys team member who got you started with Jack.
Once you get an Email Invitation, click the 'Confirm Email' button on the invite. You will be redirected to the Jenesys WebApp.
This email invitation is unique to your account and will expire after 60 minutes.

How to Create Your First Client
Click on the 'Add New Client' on the centre of your screen.
Fill in the required information then click 'Create Client' to create your first client.
Connect To Accounting Software
Connect each client you create to your preferred accounting platform (Xero/Sage/QuickBooks) with Jack.
Connect To WhatsApp
Connect your WhatsApp with Jack and send invoices, bills and receipts directly to Jack to work on instantly.

By integrating your email account with Jenesys, you no longer need to manually upload invoices and receipts on the Jenesys app. Jack will auto-fetch invoices and receipts from your inbox and if there's a document attached, upload it directly to the Jenesys WebApp for extraction.
All Transactions
Every expense transaction and associated document sent to Jack will be extracted and all information recorded. Users will be able to review and make any changes (there shouldn't be many) and then publish to the relevant accounting platform. Jack's speed and accuracy will save accountants massive amounts of time from having to manually type out each line item from an invoice or receipt into their accounting platform.
Click the 'All Transactions' on the side bar.
Select the client you want to work on from the top bar dropdown.
Then, click 'Upload' to upload a document.
