How often does Jack refresh Chart of Accounts?

No, Jack does not do a frequent refresh of the company's Chart of Accounts automatically.

If the Chart of Accounts has changed in the Accounting Platform and you wish to update Jack for future extractions, please add the new account on the Platform side and then navigate back to Jack's WebApp:

Note: The process is demonstrated with Xero, but the flow is identical for refreshing Chart of Accounts on a Sage connection.

Navigate to the Settings button on the side panel and click on the Connections tab.
Click Manage
Click Refresh

Jack will pull the latest set of Chart of Accounts with the newly created account included.

**You must be connected via the WebApp to the Accounting Platform to refresh the Chart of Accounts.
