By connecting to Jack's WhatsApp number, you no longer need to manually upload documents on the Jenesys WebApp for Jack to extract. Simply take a photo or use an existing file on your phone, send to the number saved and Jack will take care of the rest.
There are two ways to connect the WhatsApp feature:
Settings > Connections > WhatsApp
Dashboard
Note: This will only be available to client users, not Accounting Practices users
As a Team Member of a Practice or a Company Admin, inviting a Company User to connect to Jack's WhatsApp is a simple process when working in the Client view.
Click on the Settings Button on the side panel in the WebApp
Click on Team Tab and hover over the WhatsApp icon in the row of the team member you wish to invite to connect to Jack's WhatsApp.
ORYou can click on the Connections Tab and navigate to Manage under the WhatsApp icon. You'll see a list of team members there and the option to invite them to connect to Jack's WhatsApp.
The user will receive an email asking them to connect and instructions for how to do this.
As a Company User, connecting to Jack's WhatsApp is very simple.
Login to Jack's WebApp, either via the email sent through the invitation received or at jack.jenesys.co
On the Dashboard you'll see a message asking if you would like to Connect to Jack's WhatsApp.
Click Connect and follow the steps.
Once successful, you can send documents to Jack on the number: +44 7404 192231
Jack currently only allows for a user to connect to one client only. Multiple company connections coming soon.
