What are the different roles available to assign to team members and clients on Jack?

Members/Employees/Directors of an Accounting Practice

Practice Admin:

A Practice Admin is able to perform all functions, both for clients and the practice.

These include: Adding a client, adding a practice and client team members, connecting to the Accounting Platform, uploading, reviewing and publishing transactions and seeing billing information across the practice.

Practice Finance:

A Practice Finance is able to perform functions for specific clients that they are working on.

These include: Adding a client, adding client team members, connecting to the Accounting Platform, uploading documents, reviewing and publishing transactions for specific clients.

Employees/Directors/Internal Finance and External Finance of a Client Company

Company Admin:

A Company Admin is able to perform all functions for the specific client they have been added to.

Examples of this role type would be, an employee of a company who sends in expense documents or an internal bookkeeper/accounting working on the client.

These include: Adding client team members, connecting to the Accounting Platform, uploading, reviewing and publishing transactions and connecting to WhatsApp and Gmail Fetch for sending documents for extraction.

Company User:

A Company User only has the functionality to upload documents for extraction by Jack.

They can connect to WhatsApp and Gmail Fetch for sending documents for extraction or login into the WebApp to upload manually.
