Inside of Jetpack Workflow, you and your team can email clients without even leaving the job profile! You can also build email templates for common occurrences to improve productivity even further. Email templates are a great tool for standardizing client communication and saving your team from typing out lengthy emails manually when they need to contact the client. Here's how to create or edit email templates in your Jetpack Workflow account!
1. To access your email templates, hover your mouse on your name on the top right corner and click Settings
2. Click the blue Email Templates button at the top of the screen
3. You may choose to View/Edit existing templates from the drop down menu and/or Add a New Template. You'll then edit/create your template, select your settings and save! This template is now available for use!
