Subtasks are a great feature that you can use to store additional information, clickable links or instructions that can provide your team with more context. Subtasks will be associated with a specific task- here's how to add them to your workflows.
1. From the jobs list view, click into any job to view
2. Inside the job's profile, scroll to the task list and click on the blue arrow to the left of the screen for that task to expand
3. Click on No description to edit
4. To create a clickable subtask, type “dash, space, open bracket, space, close bracket, space” as shown in the following picture, then click Save task. You can also make numbered lists and add in clickable links here as well

5. Your subtasks will be created!
