In order to transfer time off from Web TimeSheet to QuickBooks using IIF files, you need to know the "COMPANYCREATETIME." This information needs to be entered in the "Settings" of the Time off export report. To find this information in QuickBooks follow the steps below,
โ€‹

  • Open QuickBooks

  • Click on File.

  • Go to Utilities

  • Go to Export.

  • Click on Timer List

  • Save the file to a location.

  • Open the file in Notepad.

  • COMPANYCREATETIME can be found as the last entry on the headers on the first row.

  • The corresponding value on the row beneath it is the COMPANYCREATETIME.

For company name, go into account settings and see company name (company name must match EXACTLY as listed in QuickBooks desktop as in Jetpack Workflow). For example, if the company is listed in QuickBooks desktop as LM Company, it could be listed in Jetpack as LM's Company, which wouldn't match. Changing it to LM Company on the export window will make it work!
