If you receive an email (shown below) stating that "There were errors in the recent QuickBooks time sync," this article will walk you through how to get the specifics of those errors. 👍
1. Click on the "here" hyperlink in the email you've received. Alternately, you can log into your Jetpack account, access the main menu by hovering over your name on the top right corner of the screen and select Reports.
2. You will be redirected to the Reports section in your Jetpack account
3. To view the errors, scroll to the QuickBooks Time Export Report
4. Select a date range for your report, then select Filter Type "Errors Only". Then click Download to create the report
5. The downloaded report will show you any time logs that did not sync over to QuickBooks Online and a reason as to why so you can quickly fix the sync issue!
