We're sad to see you go 😞 But if you've decided that Jetpack is just not working for you, you can easily cancel with just a few clicks πŸ‘Β 

Hover over your name in the top right hand corner and click on "Manage my billing."Β 

Click "Cancel my account" at the bottom left of the account page.

Click "Next" to proceed with cancellation

Select the reason for cancellation from the options given.

Follow the unique prompts based on which reason you selected. Until you get to the final cancellation window. Check the box and click "Cancel Subscription" to complete the process.

Back in your accounts page, you will see a new notice appear advising you of the cancellation date. This is unique to you based on your subscription type and renewal date.Β 

That's it! Your account is now set to cancel. If at any point you wish to try Jetpack again, please let us know by reaching out to support@jetpackworkflow.com! Good luck in your future ventures πŸ‘‹Β
