Push Time Over from Jetpack to QuickBooks Online | Jetpack Workflow Classic Knowledge Base

::Note:: You can keep track of billable and non-billable time inside Jetpack and push both the billable and non-billable time into your QuickBooks Online account for billing/invoicing purposes.

1. Make sure your clients and employees inside Jetpack are synced with QuickBooks Online
a. A blue link icon should be present next to the client's name and employee's name if those data are synced.

2. Make sure the jobs are mapped to the correct QuickBooks service line item

3. If the job is not mapped to the proper QuickBooks service line item, map it out now
a. After selecting a QuickBooks service line item, you can choose to keep the existing rate that was set up for you or your employee inside Jetpack using the button on the left or override that rate with the rate you set up inside your QuickBooks Online account using the green button on the right

4. After everything is synced and mapped out, hover over your name on the top right corner

5. Select Settings from the main menu

6. Select the Integrations subtab

7. Choose your Time logs sync frequency
a. You can choose to sync time automatically every 24 hours or every week
b. Or you can choose to disable automatic time sync altogether and manually sync time by hitting the Sync Time Now button
