Signing up
1. Hover over your name in the top right-hand corner
2. Click on Manage my billing
3. Choose the subscription plan of monthly or annual
4. Ensure your seat count reflects the number of users you wish to have in your account
5. Click Enter Payment Details and you will be redirected to our secure payment processor to complete your subscription purchase by entering in your payment information
6. Click Subscribe and you will be redirected back to the app where you will see a success banner
::Note:: If your trial period is over, your card will be immediately charged. If you still have time remaining on your trial, your card will not be charged until the trial period is over.
If you are an existing user and need to update your payment information
Updating payment information
1. Hover over your name in the top right-hand corner and click on Manage my billing
2. Next to card details, click Change
3. You will be redirected to our secure payment processor where you can enter new payment information
4. Click Save card and you will be redirected to Jetpack Workflow where you will see a success banner 👍
