1. For the first way, add the new client inside QuickBooks Online
    a. Go to your Jetpack account
    b. Click on the Manage tab
    c. Hit the Refresh QuickBooks Clients button on the top left-hand side of the                   screen

    d. Confirm that the new client you want to bring over to Jetpack is listed
        i. If the new client is not listed on the first page, scroll to the bottom of the page                and go through the next page to see if the new client is listed
    e. Remove any clients you don’t want to import by clicking on the Remove link.
    f. Hit Save Import at the bottom left corner of the page

    g. Refresh your browser
    h. Make sure a blue link icon is present next to the new client's name

2. For the second way, add the new client inside QuickBooks Online and then add the new client inside your Jetpack account under the Manage tab
    a. In the field that reads QuickBooks Online Client Mapping, hit the refresh icon

    b. Select the new client's name to map from the drop down list
    c. Hit Create Client
