If you have a client who has multiple entities and you want to be able to search for all entities at once, here is how you can link those clients together.
Example: Gryffindor Company, Hufflepuff Company and Ravenclaw Company are all owned by Harry Potter, who is also an individual client.
Ensure that the contact person for those companies all have Harry Potter listed.
This will now allow you to search for Harry Potter in the search bar on the jobs list and get a result of all his companies.
2. Click on jobs and reset your filters to start fresh. In the search bar enter the name of the client as shown in the picture. Although it says no results found, still hit enter to search.
3. The results will now show you all the jobs for Hufflepuff, Gryffindor and Ravenclaw along with any jobs that are assigned to Harry Potter as an individual client.
4. Additionally, you can Add tags to each of those clients so that you can also search via the client tab easily.
a) Example: Gryffindor Company, Hufflepuff Company and Ravenclaw Company all have the tag of mr.potter to link them together
b) Furthermore, adding a tag of business vs individual will help to distinguish the clients
