::Note:: This feature is only accessible to anyone with the owner role
1. Hover over your name and click on Manage My Billing
2. Click Change Plan
3. Click Upgrade and then click Complete Purchase
4. You will now see an additional subtab on your Jobs page where you can access the Plan feature!
5. Go to the Plan page to balance the workload across the team members at your firm by easily dragging and dropping!
