How to confirm your account & troubleshoot if needed.

Welcome to Jetpack! 🎉 When you create an account for yourself or a member of your team, we’ll send you a confirmation email to help you set up your password and access your Jetpack Workflow account.

The confirmation email will arrive in your inbox, but don’t forget to peek in your spam folder, just in case it doesn't show up within 10 minutes after the account was created.

Not Receiving a Confirmation Email?

If your confirmation email doesn't arrive within 10 minutes of the account being created and it's not in your spam folder, then you can get a new one by clicking this link and entering the same email address used when signing up. (This is the same page that will open when you're at the sign-in screen by clicking the "Didn't get your confirmation instructions?" link.)

If that still doesn't solve the issue for not getting a confirmation email, then click on the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of the screen and a member of our small Client Success & Support team will be happy to help out!
