When you first create an account with Jetpack or are added to an existing account as a new user, a confirmation email is automatically generated. This confirmation email will allow you to set up a password to allow you access to your Jetpack account. 

1. Check your email inbox for the confirmation email (check spam folder also)

2. If you do not see the confirmation email, you may request a new one at the Jetpack sign in screen

3. Click "Didn't get your confirmation instructions" to resend the confirmation email

4. Enter your email address and then click "Resend confirmation"

5. If you still do not see a confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder, please send us a message using the live chat bubble in the right corner of your Jetpack account 👍
