Jobs inside of Jetpack Workflow can have 3 automatically triggered statuses. Those statuses are:

1. Pending: When a job has not been started; no tasks have been completed

2. In Progress: When one of multiple tasks have been checked off
    a. If your job has 0-1 tasks, this status is skipped and the job goes from pending to completed

3. Completed: When all tasks have been checked off as completed on the job 

NOTE: Incomplete is a filter option you will see this on your status filter dropdown on the jobs list. This specific option will show you jobs that are both pending (not started) and in progress in one view
