There are two different ways you can mass edit tasks inside of Jetpack Workflow. You can mass edit multiple tasks inside the same job profile OR you can mass edit multiple tasks across multiple jobs. See below for instructions on both ways!

Mass Editing Tasks Inside a Job

1. To mass edit tasks inside of an individual job, first select all tasks using the main checkbox or only check off the ones you want to edit using the checkboxes on the right-hand side of your task list within the job

2. Click the drop-down icon next to the main checkbox and click Edit Tasks

3. Select which fields you want to edit and click Update tasks when you're finished. Your options here will be to update the task name, update the task assignee, update the due date or update task dependencies.

Mass Editing Tasks from the Tasks subtab

1. To mass edit multiple tasks across multiple jobs, first click on the Jobs tab, then the Tasks subtab

2. Filter your tasks list to the tasks you want to edit or use the search bar on the top-left corner to look for the tasks you want to edit. You can also reset all the filters with the blue funnel icon near the upper left hand corner of the tasks page.

3. Select all using the main checkbox on the far right to select all tasks on this page or go through and select the ones you want to edit by using the checkboxes on the right-hand side individually per task

4. Click the main pen and paper icon at the top of the page to edit the tasks you selected. The edit options you have here are to update the task name, update the task due date or reassign the task to a different team member. Click the green Update tasks button to complete your update.

Please note that there might be multiple pages you have to update- you can view up to 100 tasks per page.
