1. To run instant reports, use your filters, search bar and sort methods to manipulate the jobs list and give needed data

2. Click Export results to Excel which is located on the right hand side next to the blue new job button.

3. You now have an instant report within Jetpack and an Excel version that you can filter further, create pivot tables from etc.
