You can store documents inside jobs, tasks and under the client profile. You can upload different versions but there isn't currently a way to create folders for your documents inside of the system. Keep in mind, the documents are only ever able to be uploaded or downloaded, but they will not pop open in a viewable mode.

However, if you store documents inside of each job - your job is your folder! You can store documents inside of each job to keep them organized (e.g. bi-weekly payroll due 6/15 has relevant documents stored for this due date). If you want to store general documents, the client profile is a great place but it won't be quite as organized.

How to store documents inside Job

::Note:: If your job has a repeat schedule, the documents do not roll forward. The documents will stay with this version and become archived when the job is completed.

To add documents to a job, from the Jobs tab, click on any job to access that profile. Next, click on the Documents tab next to tasks near the bottom of the page.

Then, click New Document to choose and upload your document. Once your document is uploaded you can click the arrow to upload a newer version or delete the document.
