If you're looking to reorder your task list in a specific job profile, you can follow these steps.
1. First, click on the job name in the Jobs tab to go into the job's profile then scroll down to your task list. Click and drag the three dots on the left-hand side of the screen that corresponds to each task to reorder your task list. Once you release the task, the list will automatically reorder itself!
Why can't I reorder my task list??
If you are not able to rearrange your task list anymore, then double-check if you have any task dependencies set up on your task list
There are two ways to find out
Look at the left-hand side of the screen to spot any indentation for any task after the first task
Look at the right-hand side of the screen to check if the due dates of the tasks are replaced by phrases, such as Immediately after or X day(s) later
If you do have dependencies on your task list, In order to reorganize, you will have to remove the task dependencies first
To remove the task dependency, click on the drop-down menu for that task on the right-hand side and select Remove dependency
After you reorder your task list, you can set up task dependencies again and this will in turn, lock the task list order.
Note:: You cannot remove task dependencies in mass currently.
