::Note:: If you are unable to see the delete button, it is due to not having the correct permissions set. Please ask your account owner to update your permissions accordingly. ::Note::

Inside of Jetpack Workflow, there are two ways to delete a client. You can delete one or multiple clients from the clients tab or you can navigate directly to a client profile to delete that specific client. Here are instructions to walk you through both processes.

How to delete client(s) from the clients tab

  1. To delete clients from clients tab, click the small checkbox on the far right to select the client(s) you would like to delete.

2. After you've made your selection(s) click the blue trashcan icon at the top of the column.

3. A warning message will be displayed to confirm if you want to delete selected clients

::Note:: Make sure to delete the active/open jobs under the client profile otherwise you will not be able to delete the client. The warning message will instead advise you of existing jobs.

4. Click OK to delete the selected client(s) πŸ‘Β

How to delete a single client

1. In order to delete a single client, click on any client to navigate to the client profile

2. Select all and delete any active jobs if applicable. You will be unable to delete the client if they have incomplete jobs.

3. Click the grey edit button. If you do not see this button, your profile does not have permissions to edit client information and you will have to have your user permissions updated.

4. Once the edit screen opens up, click Delete to remove the client and all their records from the account. This activity cannot be undone so make sure you're sure prior to completing your deletion.
