Editing client information is easy to do. Keep in mind, merging clients is not possible. Additionally, if you are unable to see the Edit button on a client profile, it is due to not having the correct permissions set. Please ask your account owner to update your permissions accordingly.
1. Start from the Clients tab
2. Click the name of the client that you want to edit or use the search bar to find a specific client
3. Click Edit under the client information on the left-hand side of the screen
4. Now change or add any information as needed.
5. Once updates are complete, click Save Client on the bottom right
