In this article, we're going to go over the dashboard. The dashboard will be the first thing you see in your account when you log in. You will notice that it is divided into 4 major sections: firm capacity, recently completed jobs and tasks, labels and status, and team capacity.

Let's break down each of these sections.

Firm Capacity

The first area is your firm capacity, which will allow you to see jobs that are Overdue, Due today, Due this week, and Due next week.

All of the dashboard panels are interactive, so you can click into them if you'd like to. For example, I can click the Overdue card to navigate directly to a list of all of the jobs that are overdue!

If you would rather view your firm capacity in terms of tasks, change the dropdown under "View" from "Jobs" to "Tasks" and you'll see the tasks that are overdue, due today, this week and next week instead.

Recently Completed Jobs and Tasks

Next, we have your recently completed jobs and tasks. If a job was completed in the last day, it will show up under recently completed jobs. Individual tasks will show up here as they are completed if the job they belong to hasn't been finished yet.

Remember, you can click on jobs and tasks in this panel to navigate directly to them.

Labels and Status

Just under your firm capacity, you'll see cards for Labels and Status.

Labels are your global communication tools, which you can customize to your liking. You can easily see and filter by labels from your dashboard.

Next to labels, we have the status, where you'll see the jobs that are in progress and how many jobs that are pending (meaning they haven't been started yet).

Team Capacity

Last but not least, we have your team capacity card, which is a breakdown of each of your team members and shows the hours they have overdue, due today, and due this week.

If you'd rather see your team capacity in terms of jobs, you can do that too! Change 'Hours' to 'Jobs' in the View dropdown just above the Team Capacity card and you'll see job counts instead.

Filtering the Dashboard

By default, the dashboard shows work for all team members - but you can filter it to show work for just one team member, or even unassigned work! To filter your dashboard and quickly to see a team member's profile, select their name from the "Team" dropdown at the top of the Dashboard.

That's it!

The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log into Jetpack Workflow, and it is a great way to get an overview of the current status of your work.

Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about the dashboard (or any other part of the application).

Happy Jetpacking!
