If you're going to be using the assign to client feature, we'd recommend communicating this to clients so they understand the process and everything can work seamlessly.

If you're looking to learn more about this feature or want information on how you or your firm can use this feature, visit our article on the assign to client feature here.

EMAIL TEMPLATE:

Hi FirstName LastName!

In our effort to help streamline your business, we’re invested in a new client management system called Jetpack Workflow.

As part of our investment in our relationship, we’re now able to “assign” you tasks. Instead of receiving a normal email (or even a phone call), you can now receive an email where you can upload and complete specific tasks (whether they’re reminders, new work, etc).

1. You’ll receive an email that says “You’ve been assigned a new task” and will include our first name.

2. Upon opening, you’ll see something like this:

3. You can then reply with the word “Done” and it will check off the task, and alert us that it’s been completed. If you have more information you want to add, simply add any text below the word “done”. You can also attach documents and they will be sent to us. To confirm, there is no need to open a new application, everything can be done within your inbox!

4. Upon successfully completing the task, you will receive a confirmation response automatically, letting you know the task is done.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you for your business
