You can cancel monthly donations independently in the personal area of the website.
For Registered Donors:
Log in to your Jgive personal account on the login page by clicking the 'login' button on the main page of the website or click here
After you log in, you go straight to your personal area. If you are on another page, click the account icon at the top of the page, and in the menu click your name (it says My Account under it). In the personal area you can view your data and perform various actions.

2. In the side menu of the personal area, click Transactions. A list of your donations is displayed, with tabs at the top. Click the Recurring Donations tab.
3. The table now shows your recurring donations. Find the recurring donation you wish to cancel, click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of its row and choose Cancel. Confirm in the window that opens.
Alternatively, you can contact us by email at support@jgive.com to request the cancellation of your monthly donation. Please provide the email address used for the donation, your full name, the donation amount, and the project to which you donated.
We will then proceed to cancel the monthly contribution for you.
Changing Monthly Contribution
You can change the monthly charge day yourself: in the three-dots menu (⋮) of an active recurring donation, choose Change recurring date, select a day and click Submit. The change takes effect from the next month.
Other details (amount, number of months, payment method) cannot be changed in an existing recurring donation. To change them, cancel the existing one in the personal area or through us, and then create a new recurring donation with the desired details.
