You can cancel monthly donations independently in the personal area of the website.
For Registered Donors:
Log in to your JGive personal account on the login page by clicking the 'login' button on the main page of the website or click here
After logging in, click on the 'My Account' button on the top left side of the page and then on 'My Personal Account'. This button will lead you to the personal area where you can view your data and perform various actions.

2. In the personal area, a list of your donations will be displayed. In the upper part, you can choose to view either one-time donations or recurring donations. Click on 'Recurring Donations.'
3. The table will now show your monthly contributions. Locate the specific recurring donation you wish to cancel, Click on the arrow icon on the right side for the window to open and click on the 'Cancel' button
Alternatively, you can contact us by email at support@jgive.com to request the cancellation of your monthly donation. Please provide the email address used for the donation, your full name, the donation amount, and the project to which you donated.
We will then proceed to cancel the monthly contribution for you.
Changing Monthly Contribution
It is not possible to modify details in an existing standing order. If you wish to make changes to the monthly contribution, you must first stop the existing one in the personal area or through us. After cancellation, you can create a new monthly contribution with the desired details.
