Where is my receipt sent when depositing?
When depositing funds into your fund, a link to download the receipt will be sent to the email address linked to your account. Additionally, you can download receipts at any time within the personal area of the website.
Please note that if you deposited funds through a bank transfer or check, the receipt will be generated only after the funds are received by Keren Asur (JGive).
How do you download the receipts from the personal area?
1. Access your personal area by clicking on "My Account" and then selecting "My Personal Account."
2. Click on the Fund Deposits tab.
3. To access a receipt for a specific deposit, click on the receipt icon located in the receipt column next to the desired deposit.
4. The receipt will be downloaded to your device and you can use it for anything and everything related to tax refund.
