Changing the Host Name Display Format
For each booking page, you can change the format of the host name displayed on that page to “Team Name” or similar.
Host Name Display Formats
There are three host name display formats available:
Team Name + Individual's name
Example: Global Technology Ken Suzuki
Team Name
Example: Global Technology
Individual's name
Example: Ken Suzuki
How to Change the Host Name Display Format
You can change the host name display format from the edit page for each booking.
Open the “Page” tab on the Booking page
To change the display format of the host name, open the edit page for the Booking page and click the “Page” tab.
Selecting a Host Display Name
Select one of the following options for the host display name: “Team Name + Individual's name,” “Team Name,” or “Individual's name.”

Team and Individual's name
“Team Name + Individual's name” will be displayed as the host name on the booking page and the booking confirmation page.
Team
Only the “Team Name” will be displayed as the host name on the booking page and the booking confirmation page.
Individual's name
Only the “individual's name” will be displayed as the hostname on the booking page and the booking confirmation page.
How to Hide the Host's Name in Guest Notifications
If you set the host display name to “Team Name,” notifications sent to guests will show the team name instead, hiding the host's name.
You can change the host display name by going to Edit > Page > Host Display Name on each booking page.
Additional Information
Email Address Privacy Settings
In Jicoo, you can set the host’s email address to “Private” so that it is not displayed when handling bookings.

You can also change the sender display for emails.
The sender can be set to either “Jicoo” or the host’s name on the booking page (“Team Name + Individual's name,” “Team Name,” or “Individual's name”).
